BOOKING CONDITIONS

  1. No booking exists until we have received the booking form and the 25% deposit.
  2. We will reserve the apartment for 7 days on receipt of the booking form while the deposit is being transferred.
  3. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
  4. On receipt of the balance payment we will send you details of how to find Apartment Villamartin and the keys.
  5. Change over day is flexible as long as it does not coincide with other bookings.
  6. Cancellation charges : up to 42 days prior to holiday 50% of deposit , over 42 days prior to holiday 75% of deposit.
  7. The number of persons staying in the apartment not to exceed 4 plus a child in a cot.
  8. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
  9. No pets allowed.
  10. Bed linen and towels are supplied ( except beach towels ).
  11. Weekly maid service provided with change of linen and towels.
  12. Guests are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy. Rubbish is to be disposed of in the bins found on the street outside the apartment building.
